I found an old hat from my childhood. I was intrigued by the way it was made, so I decided to try to remake it (with new granny squares, of course). Here's a video on what I did & how it all turned out.
I had a request from a YouTube viewer to do a granny square video. After much procrastination, it is finally available. As with any craft or hobby, there is likely more than one way to do the same thing. While this method may be different from others you have seen, a completed granny square can be achieved by following along with the video. Simply click the play button on the video viewer below to begin.
By the way, you will not find this on the "Free Patterns" tab, as it's not really a pattern that I can call my own. Granny squares have been around for centuries. :)
